These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pp66 ("pp66," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pp66.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pp66 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pp66 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pp66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pp66.

To register and use the pp66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. pp66 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pp66, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pp66 or by any regulatory authority.

pp66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate, UMID card, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pp66 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source after deducting applicable processing fees, subject to applicable law.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the pp66 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. pp66 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pp66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify pp66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pp66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

pp66 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of KYC verification. pp66 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations, including but not limited to source of funds declarations and enhanced due diligence for high-value accounts.

All financial transactions on the pp66 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pp66 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your pp66 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pp66 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. pp66 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, which vary by payment method. pp66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pp66 account.

pp66 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. pp66 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering activity is suspected. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed.

pp66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• pp66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-linked balance.
• pp66 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that pp66 deems to be in bad faith.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap specified in the relevant promotion terms will be forfeited.

All games available on the pp66 platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and RNG table games — are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

pp66 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are operated from licensed studio facilities with real dealers and physical equipment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, pp66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. pp66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant wager amounts. The decision of pp66's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

All sports bets placed on the pp66 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the platform. pp66 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at amended odds where it determines that a market was offered in error, that a bet was placed on the basis of insider information, or that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pp66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to pp66 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and bingo.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pp66 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the pp66 platform — including but not limited to the pp66 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pp66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pp66 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pp66 platform without the prior written consent of pp66.

pp66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pp66 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pp66 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. pp66 may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

pp66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. pp66 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the pp66 platform may request self-exclusion by contacting pp66 customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, pp66 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pp66 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pp66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pp66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pp66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pp66 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. pp66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

pp66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pp66 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the pp66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

pp66 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who have unresolved complaints against pp66 that have not been satisfactorily addressed through pp66's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
